OIZUMIGAKUEN: Izakaya Inayan for friendly Kushi-Katsu-Age... deep fried finger foods.

Otoshi here is all you can eat cabbage.

First time ever to try Shark cartilage seasoned with umeboshi (plum).

Menu items start at a easy 70yen.

It wasn't on the menu but we ordered a huge "ishobin" of kuroke Imo-jochu.  The restaurant is 70-80's themed with older tunes on the BGM and posters from the past.  A tiny seat for 2 with a drawing of this famous guy to topples over the sake table when he gets upset.

The food was ok but more than anything the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.  We only managed to finish half of our huge sake bottle so we'll be back!
