I've passed by Fukushin in and around Tokyo for a while now and no matter the time its always so busy. So this night I figure I'd give something a try.
It was around midnight and thought the mabo tofu would be a safe bet.
U shaped counter seating
Lots of Ramen choices.
Not too bad... Mabo Tofu Teishoku for 600yen.
Overall its just an easy in and out franchise restaurant with picture menu's.
