Hanamichi Ramen is the highest ranked spot in Nogata with a very respectable 3.60pt foodie ranking... in line with highly ranked Ramen Jiro in Sakuradai.
A few tender and some spots tough chilled pork..
HOT! These noodles kept their temperature for a while... Nice an chewy.
Soup had a very deep thick tasty flavor... and I noticed my neighbors finishing all the soup.
Free garlic.
Some stir fried bean sprouts inside the soup.
Overall it was great and a very rare spotting to see a lady leading the team of 3 behind the counter. I don't venture to Nogata very often so probably my first and last time here... but if you are in the area the staff is incredibly friendly so give it a go.
