IKEBUKURO: Aji-Kuuta~... we are now regulars. Owner and Waitress live-mini performance!

We were back once again at my friend Kenta's favorite cozy Okinawan restaurant in Ikebukuro... my 2nd visit and the experience here is getting better~.

Awamori Zanpa "Kuro" Black

Its not really all about the food here as it is just a unmemorable compliment to the great Okinawan Awamori Zanpa sake...

Fresh mozuku...

Surprisingly they had Portuguese sausage just like in Hawaii.

The super friendly waitress first picked up the guitar...

Two friendly customers enjoying the live music with us.

Of course I had to try the Taco Rice... but overall the food was nothing special.

This place is just a nice relaxing haven in the mess that is Ikebukuro... finished off one bottle of Awamori (shared with the owner and waitress) and then 2nd bottle will remain as "bottle keep" until our next visit.

They serve lunch too.

Til we meet again.
