SHIBUYA: Chuka Soba Suzuran chubby tsukemen... reaching into the depths of 2008

This is my July 2008 visit to Suzuran pre-Tokyobelly.  Came across a ramen review tonight on TimeOut Tokyo's "Tokyo ramen shops you have to visit" and noticed a familiar entry... I still remember the super jumbo flat noodles but as for the Tsukemen broth its been too long. Thus... I'll let TimeOut do the talking:
