I'm on a ramen roll with these construction guys... but home renovation was completed today and off I went to Nagahamaya.
Different combo sets. We both went for the Gyoza Set plus 80 yen for seasoned boiled egg.
Interesting sign on the wall... you can request your noodles to be boiled between 3 to 60 seconds.
This guy put on every free topping that was sitting on the table...
... and then he said it was too spicy. If you spot spicky pickled green minced veggies on the table be aware its extremely spicy!
This was all me.. I usually add the free toppings halfway through. Usually like to enjoy the flavor before mixing things up.
Gyoza set!
Very standard tonkotsu ramen... won't impress.
Don't think these are made in-house. Most likely the 80 yen eggs are pre-boiled at a factory somewhere and just added to the ramen.
What a mess this kitchen was... I'd be worried about cockroaches.
Restaurant was staffed by 2 young Chinese people... common to see non-Japanese at franchise type ramen spots.
My favorite car! Honda Civic Type-R spotting across the street.
